We fill standard, threaded 64oz growlers on a proprietary counter-pressure filling system (Justin’s unique design / build). This method allows us to gently purge the oxygen from each growler before filling and to pour the beer under pressure. The purpose for filling this way is two-fold: the beer will stay carbonated and fresh longer, and we don’t waste beer by pouring off foam in order to fill each growler. We charge a refundable deposit of $5 for each empty growler.
